Dr. Gayatri Vaidya is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of studies in Food Technology, Davangere University, Shivagangotri, DAVANGERE – 577007, KARNATAKA INDIA. Her areas of research are Plant Biotechnology, Biofuel Technology and Food Technology. She has started her research work in the field of Plant Biotechnology at the Department of Biotechnology, Gulbarga University, Kalburgi, INDIA. She has got twelve years of experience in teaching. She has taught Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Packaging Technology, Food processing . She is also the Author of “Textbook of Biofuel Technology‖. And ―Text book of Food Packaging Technology”
