मानवाधिकार का आधार मानव के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए साधन उपलब्ध कराना है। वस्तुतः मानवाधिकार की नींव ऐसे विचारों से निर्मित है, जिनके अनुसार सभी व्यक्तियों को प्रकृति ने समान रूप से समान अधिकार प्रदान किए हैं। मानवाधिकार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को जन्म के साथ ही प्राप्त हो जाते हंै, और मृत्युपर्यन्त तक संरक्षित रहते हैं। मानवाधिकारो ं की प्राप्ति की एकमात्र अर्हता व्यक्ति का मानव होना है अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण मानवों को यह अधिकार स्वतः ही प्राप्त हो जाते है। मानवाधिकार गुण-धर्म, प्रतिभा, बुद्धि आदि ऐसे तत्व हैं, जिनसे वंचित मानव की तुलना पशु से ही की जा सकती है।

MSMEs not only play a crucial role in providing large employment opportunities at comparatively lower capital cost but also encourage entrepreneurial activities in rural and backward areas. But, the large units or Multi-National Companies are in a better position in the competitive world with large capital, human resources and Research & Development section compare to MSMEs.
