Prediabetes and Prameha: An Ayurvedic Perspective on The Pre-Diabetic State

The present book, titled “Prediabetes and Prameha: An Ayurvedic Perspective on the Pre-Diabetic State”, attempts to explore the relationship between these two perspectives. It does not intend to equate prediabetes directly with Prameha or to replace established modern diagnostic criteria with Ayurvedic terminology. Rather, it aims to examine the possible conceptual and clinical relationship between modern biochemical prediabetes and the classical Ayurvedic understanding of early Prameha.
