The present book, entitled Parpati Kalpana: From Classical Texts to Modern Applications, is an earnest attempt to compile, analyse, and systematically present the classical concepts, pharmaceutical principles, therapeutic applications, and modern scientific perspectives related to Parpati Kalpana. This work integrates references from classical Rasashastra texts with recent research findings and contemporary educational approaches, including the development and assessment of an Android-based educational application.
Special emphasis has been given to the compilation of various classical Parpati formulations, their ingredients, pharmaceutical procedures, indications, dosage, Anupana, and available scientific evidence supporting their therapeutic potential. Efforts have also been made to bridge traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with presentday academic and technological advancements to enhance accessibility and understanding among students, researchers, academicians, and practitioners.
