Tooth mobility has been the subject of many investigations as its proper interpretation denotes the clinical stability or instability of the periodontium.1-3 The adequate management of tooth mobility has depended on understanding its importance in periodontal therapy.4 In general, periodontal therapy will favorably affect tooth mobility by promoting tooth stability.
