Impact of Robotic Process Automation on Productivity and Profitability of Business Enterprises: A Study in Global Context

The present study aims to assess the impact of said technologies on the productivity and profitability aspects of various business organizations. A popular technology named Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been the focus of the current research work. The Main objectives of the study are to examine and assess the impact of RPA on productivity, profitability, Justification of such capital investment, and employees’ perception towards work satisfaction and customer satisfaction. The present research work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, Introduction, contains an explanation of the concept, fundamental information, and methodology of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This chapter also contains various theories and key ratios related to the measurement of productivity and profitability.
